Unlike plain leaderboards, every project carries an explanation of WHY it

Radar Score = Impact x 0.40 + Velocity x 0.35 + Health x 0.25.
Impact: star/fork/watcher percentile ranks. Velocity: stars-per-day,
fork ratio, commit recency, issue activity. Health: freshness, release
cadence, issue load, fork-community shape, bus factor (maintainer count),
and license safety.
